DMIT is one of the fastest emerging tools for skill assessment of Individuals. But, as the trend goes, any new opportunity brings along with it both:

• The Fraudulent practitioners!

Unfortunately, just thinking that this is another money making opportunity, the fraudulent practitioners are far out-beating the genuine players in numbers in this Industry.  It's important to understand what is the crux of DMIT as a tool:

• The science involved- Dermatoglyphics where it is established that the 10 fingers are connected with the 10 lobes of the brain diagonally giving a blueprint of the brain pattern;
• The process involved- Fingerprint capturing followed by a back-end process where DMIT qualified Analysts do the visual analysis of the fingerprints followed by a Data-mining similar to pathology process to arrive at the accurate results;
• Generation of the report based on the distribution of the 10 lobes called as the "Innate distribution";
• Encryption followed by deletion of the fingerprints once the reports are generated;
• A consultation with each client individually showing them their innate strengths and limitations and corresponding activities or academics for excellence naturally 

The consultation is the most important part of DMIT reports because it is the interpretation of the innate distribution which leads to correct guidance given to each person. This- can be the changing moment for any individual in his/her life if they start following the recommendations given religiously.

There are 'n' number of success stories which have emerged in the last 6 years of this science having been implemented in India. So.. this Industry has a very bright future for sure.. albeit with the right players!

Alternatively, there are 'n' number of people who are advocating against DMIT too because they have been duped by the incompetent products and knowledge base of the Consultants who are dependent on the software providers.
